Homeowners choose Phuket over other islands
because it well established infrastructure and dependable tourist
market. Hit heavily by the 2004 Tsunami the island has fought back and
overcome tough competition from other Thailand holiday destinations to
attract a big proportion on Thailand’s holiday maker and home investors.
With
over twenty years of development land and property in the more built up
tourist beaches is no longer an option for the typical homeowner.
Developers have now turned their attention to the quieter more remote
areas to harvest new luxury home developments at more affordable prices.
Thailand
has over its own problems in recent years, first the Tsunami – and then
an unsteady government and Miltary Coup it appears that investments on
Phuket have faired well and the demand is growing for the higher end
luxury homes market.
